betreibende Jalousie existiert als Prototyp.
Konstruktion und Fertigungsplanung der Jalousien sind
praktisch abgeschlossen. Ziel ist es, alle Teile in
Eigenfertigung rationell auch in größeren Stückzahlen
herzustellen. Außerdem muss noch die Jalousiesteuerung
von Experten nach meinen Vorgaben entwickelt werden.

Greenhouse
life Solar house - project description (as of February 2023) Goal: Comfortable, year-round, low-cost living as in a conservatory. Ideal also for large groups, Indian pandits, refugees, camping, army. Useful also as a heatable greenhouse. Innovative construction based on a standard round tube frame. Temporary, tent-like structure without foundations, relatively easy to dismantle. Anchoring by means of ground anchors. The scaffold, consisting of segments 2 m long and 6 m wide, can be extended as required in both longitudinal and transverse directions. The Polydress air cushion foil (Fa. Krötz) withstands wind speeds up to 160 km and normal hail storms. For protection against extreme storms and hailstorms, a hail protection net can be pulled in additional keder rails if necessary. For a house consisting of 3 segments, i.e. in the size of 6 x 6 x 3.65 m ridge height (current planning of a prototype), 2 skylights in the size of 2 x 0.80 m, which are manually or automatically electrically computer-controlled, as well as on the gable side 2 transversely divided doors of approx. 2 x 1.3 m are provided. The eaves height is 2.2 m. A building permit is not required. Air-conditioning and thermal insulation: heat-insulating, highly reflective double-walled folding blinds on both sides made of aluminum-laminated PE foam foil or aluminum-laminated air-cushion foil (insulation value corresponding to 5-6 cm rock wool). Patented in-house development. See column 2 below. Blinds controlled by sensors and single board computer (e.g. Raspberry Pi, Arduino) allow within limits stable air conditioning regardless of solar radiation and outdoor temperature. When the outside temperature is low and the sun is shining, the indoor air is heated and the heat is stored in water tanks, if necessary. Then, when the sun is no longer shining, the blind is automatically closed and prevents the stored heat from escaping (sun trap). In summer, the reflective louver provides passive cooling. The insulation value of the blind can be increased with additional material. Alternatively, the blind can also be used for shading in case of high solar radiation. For this purpose, manual intervention can be used to switch to the shading net that is integrated in the blind, i.e. when the blind is operated, the heat-insulating blind remains inactive and a net for shading is opened instead. This is particularly important for plant protection. All shafts and rollers of the blind are mounted on ball bearings. In winter, the thermal insulation can be improved by additional transparent insulation panels, e.g. wooden frames covered on both sides with window film and bubble wrap in between, or conventional insulation panels on the north side of the foil house. (Installing a louver in an existing greenhouse structure seems to be quite complex. Therefore, the house must be virtually redesigned around the blinds). Heating/cooling: Propane gas radiators, commonly used in greenhouse and tent construction, seem to be particularly effective, since the louvers optimally reflect the heat radiation. Other options include low-temperature heating or possibly radiant floor heating in combination with conventional boiler and/or heat pump. Since the house is a single air collector, heating is needed only for a short time during the year. Tempering and temperature balancing (cooling) between day and night is done by water tanks, which heat up during the day by solar radiation. In summer it is cooler than in a normal tent, but in winter it is much warmer. |

The brightness creates a cheerful vacation mood and sense of well-being. Stage of development: The house construction is in an advanced state of development. An electrically and manually operated blind exists as a prototype. Construction and production planning of the blinds are practically completed.
